Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I understand Aurora is still in its beta phase, but as of right now its bandwidth heavy for me, takes a long time to load. I counted, its 49 seconds each time I switch tabs of HOME/TRAINERS/REQUESTS/SUPPORT. I get annoyed by game intros/logo startup screens that are less than 10 seconds. Its like nothing is cached, or stored, each time i move tabs the data is wiped and I have to redownload it. Maybe have an option to load the Aurora in a blank page where your favorite trainers are located and you dont need to open an entire encyclopedia of trainers, just the ones you need.

Im a farmer and Ive lived out in the boonies all my life, the only ISP out here is one company and it has a complete monopoly over the internet in this area, no other ISP company comes in, not for 20+ years now. The ISP here is the absolute worst and they've refused to upgrade my internet speeds for 20+ years now. Im still on DSL and my download speeds are 125 kiB/s per second. During the summer when it storms a lot my internet is constantly going out too. It takes me 3-5 days to download a modern AAA game at that speed.

It's never been under the load that it is today so we have not had a fair opportunity to optimize the process for those that have 1200 baud modems. For me it takes less than 1-2 seconds to login and move between screens. I'm happy to record a video if you'd like which will be unaltered and not time-lapsed. Aurora is already efficient and will only get more efficient as time goes on and we have more time to optimize it. It's still considered to be a BETA product and thus should be treated as one.
