Feedback, Complaints or Problems

First off just let me thank all the folks working at CH! I have enjoyed using your trainers for years and years and have always been impressed with your speed and reliability. I have finally upgraded to Lifetime Plus and it is probably long overdue. I plan on continuing to use your service for a long time to come.

There was one thing I wanted to point out to the moderators/site managers on membership upgrade page. It may have been overlooked or perhaps I was interpreting it wrong. The last line of the paragraph states "Please note that Lifetime PLUS is NOT required to download any additional content, cheats or trainers." I understand that business and service models change over time, especially relating to computers. Reading that caused me to pause for a moment on my upgrade but ultimately I've used the hell out of your service and owe you for the years of trainers I received for only $50 or what not when I signed up for Lifetime membership.

Again thank you all for your hard work and dedication. I and many others do truly appreciate it!

First off, thanks for your upgrade. It's what helps keep the lights on over here, especially for those that paid $9 for lifetime membership back in 2003 and have enjoyed it ever since.

That statement is meant to mean that L+ is not REQUIRED to download any additional TRAINERS/CONTENT. None of our trainers are or will be Lifetime PLUS only. We merely made OPTIONAL things that help make the CH user experience a better one be required to have Lifetime PLUS. We also made it extremely affordable at $5/month.

But again, thank you for supporting us for all these years and now with the PLUS upgrade to go along with it.
