Full Details (As much information as possible):
When I click on the Epic filter on the Trainers tab, I can see that Epic games show up, but also several other games which aren't Epic related. In the attached image you can see a couple of trainers I circled which show up when the filter is on. The other filters work as intended except for Epic.
