Full Details:

It looks like the app wants to run at full screen, which is fine, but either in full screen or partial screen, it sits either behind or on top of the Windows taskbar. Even while it is on top of the taskbar, some of the Trainer seems to want to be below the screen, with no way to scroll up or down.

Now I do have have a high Scale set (250%) because I'm running 4k on something I'm looking at across the room (65" LG OLED TV). So I'm familiar with the various scale issues that some programs can have. I changed the High DPI settings for the .exe and all it didn't impact the taskbar or overdraw at the bottom of the screen.

The attached screen shot is what it looks like full screen, on top of the taskbar, with the overdraw at the bottom of the screen.

Vertical resize working fine here. Please post issues in the format asked for. Note that we did not test on a 65" TV with 250% upscale. Weird that we could have missed that. But we will add it to the list. Thanks for the report.

I have edited my post. Is that correct now?

Also, I have now tested it on my laptop, and it is the same issue. Unable to shrink the app vertically, and it is either over or under the taskbar, and there is overdraw at the bottom of the screen.

I don't know why the need for snark about my hardware. I was just trying to be complete with my data.
