I recently re-downloaded the Trainer Manager and now it doesn't show the Game Covers anymore. I also can't add uninstalled trainers for games that are installed. Is there something I can do?

First one could be a temporarily issue. What do you mean with you cannot add uninstalled trainers?

If you click on the little Steam symbol above the installed trainer tab, I was able to add trainers that were not yet installed to the list. But now nothing happens anymore. I tried deleting every folder from the Trainer Manager and after re-downloading they were also gone, there were no new folders created.

There is a bug in steam game enumeration in the current TM. It's fixed in the AIO already, I just haven't had released a fixed TM yet because AIO will replace the TM and its release is supposed to be in this month.
