First activate the game then the trainer.
Press the following keys for the desired effect to take place:

Num1: Mega Life
Num2: God Mod
Num3: Revolver Mega Ammo
Num4: Revolver Unlimited Ammo
Num5: Thompson Mega Ammo
Num6: Thmpson Unlimited Ammo
Num7: Riot Gun Mega Ammo
Num8: Riot Gun Unlimited Ammo

Note: Dont activate god mod before activating Revolver Mega Ammo, it will lock
the revovler ammo to 0.
