Tried to edit currency via Cosmos, just get a greyed out options towards Scan game and Open Cheat table: imgur.com/a/PKo7VsE

Check log. Also I expect the game has anticheat and Cosmos will not help you if that's the case.

I think game has player vs player modes. And the campaign is cooperative, so all in all its a multiplayer game. And its cheaper to use EAC for everything instead of separating campaign and pvp.

And from what I read in steam forum game has microtransactions, that might be another reason. Still we can only guess.

We were able to defeat EAC and also hack the currency/points used to buy stuff at the shop but we have chosen not to release it until the full game comes out in order to keep certain idiots from copying it.
