This cheat works well. Would love support for the Trainer Manager platform. So I can launch it from there without having to have another icon on my desktop.

Try adding it manually, put it in the folder where your trainers are and in the TM setting check include 3rd party trainers (should make older trainers with no ID#/GUI to show up)

Unfortunately this trainer does not support adding a custom cover art. but it will launch it.
