Is my old Account Lost? on Feedback, Complaints or Problems Message Board - Page 1

Hi,
this is a new (hopefully throwaway) account.
I can’t remember the password of my old account (I haven’t used it for 2years or so) and I don’t get a password reset email send to my email account?
The old cheathappens account had a lifetime premium and of course don’t want to have to pay that fee again.
The support page tells me to open a ticket but I’ll only get linked to a site that wants me to make a subscription based account (help desk)
What can should I do now? How can I get access to my old account, why don’t I get a password reset email?
