Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I am using the latest trainer manager application and I do not get any boxart in the manager I tried getting help in the discord server, we tried some things and ended up coming to the point i was told to address the problem here. I'm attaching an image of the manager in process.
Things relevant to this issue:
Fresh Windows 10 x64 install version - 19042.508
set my directory of trainers first to my backup drive where i hold all my trainers.
tried moving trainers to my root drive into the default "My Trainers" directory

Discord fix attempts:
File Deletion:
- Delete trainer and all files in
- C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
- C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
- C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
- rebooted

Things I tried on my own:

DEL C:\Users\FriGiN\AppData\Local\Temp\*.* /f /s /q
DEL C:\Users\FriGiN\Cheathappens\Work\*.* /f /s /q
DEL C:\Users\FriGiN\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90\*.* /f /s /q
DEL C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens*.* /f /s /q

Made a bat file of the above commands ran in administrator mode (found this on this forum but the syntax wasn't right so i fixed it.

Still no dice, there wasnt a .txt file in there, there was however a .set file, but i didnt delete that.
