Question w.r.t. requesting trainers on Feedback, Complaints or Problems Message Board - Page 1

Heya,
Just a bit unsure about how to approach this. So Silverfall: Complete was released on GOG. The Steam trainer is listed under Silverfall: Earth Awakening.

So when I click the request button for the new environment, which name should I use? The one already on the system, or the one applicable for the platform?

It depends on whether or not it's the same game with the same content. If it's a different game with different content then request it as a new title.

OK, I don't understand what I am doing wrong.
I clicked the link labelled "Request New Platform"
I put "Silverfall: Earth Awakening" in the Game title field, and got "No search results", with a red border around it.
I nonetheless selected "GOG" as the system, checked the box, and hit submit.
I then got "Please match the requested format: reqTitle." as a message from the Game Title box.

Because it matches this

do it without the colon, just Silverfall Complete
