I've tried to reproduce the issue by installing Suitcase Fusion and installing Roboto font, then running the trainer. It didn't crashed so there might be a little bit more than that unfortunately but at least it gave us the right direction. Its something related to the fonts installed on the end users computer. Although I would really like to be able to reproduce so I can report this issue to Microsoft, mentioning/knowing the trainer uses Roboto is the key in order to find a way around.

I’m curious: did you activate the font from a local version on your system or via the Google Fonts integration in Suitcase? I ask because I wonder if it’s a font version issue. I activate via the Google font sync feature, so I’m using whatever Version Google is currently providing. May be different versions conflicting.
Though I’d note that every variant of Roboto crashed the app. Mono, condensed, narrow, any font with the name Roboto in it would result in the crash. Deactivating resolved the issue entirely. So, maybe version, maybe method of activation (Shortcut in the font folder vs copying the font wholesale), maybe locally-installed vs Google integration. Maybe it’s just something wonky with my rig.
