btw is there any way to change the size of trainer manager? I am using notebook and it's bigger then my screen T_T and I can't sometimes use lower part of trainer as it's outside my screen border and scrolling only works inside the frame

Upgrading to Windows 10 will be the best solution for your trainer issues.

Interesting. Do you have MS Office? MS announced they would no longer update Windows 7 after January 14, 2020. Even though support for Windows 7 ended on January 14, 2020, your experience may be different depending on your version of Office.
Apparently, other installed software is still potentially eligible for updates, e.g. if you have Office 2013 installed it still has extended support until 2023.
But as Pwiz said, you'd be much better off with Windows 10 which is supported and receiving Security updates and is also still supported by Cheathappens. And the new trainers work. The other option, at least for now, as also suggested by Pwiz would be to do a System Restore to a point back before the update. That's a bandaid fix at best though, and the issue will likely reoccur.
Hey, I get it. I was also a Win 7 holdout until recently. Now I'm just glad to have that behind me and using a supported operating system again. And all the trainers are working.

I have Office 2016
I did rollback and some of the newer trainers started (banner of the maid) but Digimon story cyber sleuth and persona 4 still won't start.
If a change to Window 10 will it delete the files on my pc like when you reinstall Win 7? I am basic with pc's sorry for stupid questions
You can update to Windows 10 for free using the Media Creation tool. I did this on my version of Windows 7 and you can set it to keep your apps and settings. I did have two apps that weren't compatible with Windows 10 and I had to uninstall them before Media Creation tool would perform the update. But all my settings and documents were retained as well as nearly all my apps/games.
I have Windows 10 and the newer trainers won't launch for me either
did you try all the suggestions regarding .NET and AV's and such?
