Hi Chu, when you Retire a Trainer can you still use that Trainer but you do not support any upgrades to that Trainer? the reason I ask is that i am still playing Assassins Creed Syndicate I did download the retired Trainer just in case I can use it.:-)
P.S I did search the boards for Retired Trainers and found zero.:-)

Usually a dev retires a trainer if it has a really annoying workaround to even develop the trainer itself, especially if it gets updated 5 times a day breaking the trainer completely. As far as I know AC Syndicate was and is really hard to mod.

You can download and use the trainer, but chances are it is not working, however AC Syndicate trainer should still work, especially with the Steam version.

As you mentioned a trainer which is retired will not be updated, unless it will get un-retired.

Hi Vakmix, Thank you very much for the information I have all the Assassins creed games just hope it works although it is not a new game:-)

To put things straight, it's been discussed in "The Bring Back Retired Trainers" (Link = www.cheathappens.com/show_board2.asp?headID=130613&titleID=8463&onPage=121) and sadly was denied.

As Jaks summarized: "...with all the anti-cheats in the game, the current trainer won't get any further updates and will have to stay retired."

The Trainer was working great 6weeks ago approx, since then has the Game been updated because the Trainer works half way through loading the game then it crashes to Desktop, I would be grateful for any help because I am 3/4 through the game and I rely on the Trainers from CHU that is why I have been a member for over 14 years.

Hi Chris, I am not smart enough to use Cosmos wish I could at 72 bit out of my Depth, thank you for the reply just disapointed that a Trainer I use often has been retired also I have the whole Assassin Creed series.:-(

And I can't say for sure but someone said the trainer still worked for the Steam version. Have you tried verifying your File Cache on Steam?
