Anyone else here as hyped as I am?

Supposedly this is going to be the FINAL content-wise update. They said there was going to be a few more patches beyond 1.4.0.1 - but just for bug fixes and what not. After which point it will remain a solid version for a very long time. I would imagine the only updates it gets after that would be for video cards or newer versions of operating systems. So this is it.

They will be focusing on a new game from this point forward mostly now. RE-LOGIC FTW I gotta admit they have the best business practice in gaming I know which is why I support them. I am VERY interested to see what they come out with next, and of course they will get my full support. I've always loved using the trainers from this site for this game on PC. I don't mind if it takes a while for a new update on this - I'm just happy the devs here at CH have taken care of this game for so long.

Anyways - in case no one here paid attention - 1.4 Journey's End hits tomorrow sometime in the morning. The changelog is so big apparently it needs a table of contents for this patch alone: www.slashgear.com/terraria-journeys-end-1-4-changelog-is-so-big-it-needs-a-table-of-contents-15620765/

Thanks CH, for your dedication to this game - it is one of my all time favorites by far. I got this on PC, 3DS, XBOX, PS4, IOS, and on the Switch :P Hope all of you are having fun and doing well!

Woo! And it rocks!

I've been playing it since it launched. I'm pretty darn psyched. There's so much content to it now that I don't really know what to do with myself, haha. I'm going through Journey Mode, "researching" every single item I come across. It's wild.

Got to go through the Underground Desert. There are some very, very nice early pre-hardmode items in there that will help you greatly. There's an item that gives you an extra 25% dig speed, a spear that launches lightning a little, and improved speed-boots. Just be careful - It's a dangerous area. Much more dangerous than it used to be.

Has anyone tested whether current trainer version works with 1.4?
