Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi, I've been a premium user for a few years now and on occasion used trainers. I haven't used one in quite some time and after beating Ori and the Blind forest I wanted to try the trainer but I'm getting:
"Invalid Trainer User! This user has been banned."

Is there a particular reason for this? This is the first time I've come across this issue. I don't use AV's or VPN's. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 1909 18363.720 build if this matters. I've looked through other threads with similar issues but are marked as 2017.

It's typically something blocking it like Windows Defender or other third party software.
