CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool

I'm not sure what the issue is. I used to play a handful of single player games using the speed hack and it worked fine. Since reinstalling Windows I can't get the speed hack to do more than maybe double the speed of any game, regardless of how high I set it.

I'm running Windows 10 64-bit, same version as before. I've tried a bunch of things and can't figure out why it won't work anymore. I've been searching online for a couple hours but can't seem to find reports of an issue like mine.

I'm hoping someone here might have an idea to point me in the right direction. I've also tried using CoSMOS's speed hack and had the exact same result, just seems to cap out at about x2 for some reason.

I tried a few more games and it seems to work for most. Grim Clicker is the specific game giving me trouble. A friend can easily get up to 30x speed boost with the same game, but for me it barely boosts the speed regardless of setting.

I figured out how to work around the issue. Set the game to full screen and then forced vsync off in my nvidia profile for the game. Seems to be the only way I could get it to work properly.
