I sent you an email saying I didn't want automatic payment.
It was paid today!!!!!
I kept sending you mail, but I can't solve it.

You never replied to the email you got to confirm it, so its your own fault really. making 4 new tickets to complain about it doesn't really help either, when chris sees it he will cancel it.
