You will only get a notification if 5 people request the same title. Until then it remains in limbo for some time before being removed from the list. Right now there is only 1 person requesting it. You I assume.

Oh okay I understand. Thank you for info! Is there a way to put in more requests by using credits or something? Got a load of them I'm not using..

Not until 5 people request the trainer, then you can put credits towards funding it.
