So, i dont know if anyone else is having this issue, or if im the only one, but is the Requests page

So, i dont know if anyone else is having this issue, or if im the only one, but is the Requests page gone? I cleaned the cache and cookies, logged in on different browsers, i still come up with this 404 page, what's going on here? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

It's working fine here both logged in and logged out. See if it works for you logged out and it may be an issue with your profile.
