Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi.
The problem occured when i clicked continue and the next screen loaded(Should be the spin wheel) but all i got is this (included screenshot) and it was unresponsive. I tried to refresh page but it was the same and when i went back to main page i lost my spin and got no reward. Any help is appreciated.
