I know that the Cheat Happens staff only supports their trainers and I don't expect help from them BUT I was hoping that a fellow member might be able to help me with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to install Visual C++ Redistributable Packages.

Yes I did try that program and what happened is that when I downloaded the file I got a message telling me that the file was already on my system. What did work is that I used the program driver easy to scan and download drivers for all of my out of date hardware. Thanks for the suggestions though.
