First off, thank you as always for the trainer.
One issue that happened with a cleared run; When Utilizing the Unlimited Health option for the first time (With most of the food items eaten Once), it removed the Bonus Stats Earned from Food.
I tested this with a new game as well, and the same thing happened. It looks like there is no way to get them back unless we could reset the Consumed Flag on the Food in question to consume them again when it happens.
I am eager to have you tell me what to do rather than have the health be set high...
why on earth would the game mechanic do anything based on the amount of health you have at the moment?

It could be connected to one of the skill. Isn't there a skill or a ring/item that raises your stats the lower your health gets? That would make sense.
