so you know when you first launch a program that uses the internet n that popup comes up do u want

so you know when you first launch a program that uses the internet n that popup comes up do u want to allow it tho the firewall well i couldn't find my keyboard at the time n to much time passed n now it wont connect on this computer but it well on shadow and i aloud it tho the firewall n it still wont connect tho this computer, this has nothing to with cheating, so i put it in offtopic its a new torch light alpha im trying to play on my computer , pl;aying games on shadow i notice are not fluid like enough

Go to your windows

configuration screen > System&Safety > Windows Firewall(Allowed Programs) > Edit Settings

Then just add/Remove the ones you needed
