Off-Topic Discussions

Hi . I would like to post a new thread in General Discussions or here or i don't know, about an Android app i developed for CH trainers , and i would like to ask for permission to post a new topic with more info and links there. I tried to send a pm to the forum moderators with the details, I don't know if it's possible to send PM's , but I cant send one( always some error about "the resource you are looking for has been moved.." ).
May I ask a MOD to contact me for more details.
I know i don't have posts ( I'm a relatively new user ) but i promise is not a bait or spam or whatever, is just something i made for me to make it easier to activate the trainer options , and decided to share it, maybe someone would like it.
