hi CH staff can I ask way I don't have live chat on when I log on in your website like it was before? it is some problem in my compo? or I need to do some thing to apply here to have it again. thanks please let me know (sorry my grammar)

No, it wasn't removed. There seems to be an issue with it and we are looking into it.
