Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I have been problems only since last few weeks where i cannot download trainers anymore. Partway the download fails and say it was due to virus and hence the system security intervened. I am not knowledgeable interms of tech! Please guide through this problem,

Determine what security software you are using and then go here for instructions on how to disable it. Else, ask your security software vendor on how to stop it from falsely flagging our software as a virus.
