I have tried all methods listed in the instructions in the zip file. I have tried the alternate process and not luck. Anyone have another way to activate this cheat? when I get main menu, I hit F1, it states trainer activated, once i click campaign, it shuts down.

Game is retired and trainer is no longer being updated or supported.
