Looks like a ransomware was released to the internet (malware that encrypts your files and demands payment to decrypt them) in which the ransom is not monetary but rather that you achieve a high score on the highest difficulty level in Touhou.
I think CoSMOS may qualify as an anti-malware product now as the malware does not protect against memory cheating methods (Trainers, CoSMOS, etc)
