If your real lazy like me , found this article that will help those who don't wanna crawl round on the floor to mess with cables or who don't wanna mess around with the network adapters. It's about a handy lil freeware prog to turn internet on and off in 1 click via taskbar icon. I got it, scanned it, tired it and it works. (verified that network adapter does say disabled in adapter settings for win 10) Also good for people who share wi-fi and don't have access to modem/router.

you can always go here and try to move the save game and upload save to a temp folder then put it back when using trainer, then it has nothing to move to cloud. Will test it now to see if it works.
ignore above seems thats the beta folder, will keep looking
if any1 knows the proper folder off the top of their head please post.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\your very large profile name here\1771 is the savegames folder
Win 7 ultimate 64 bit, trainer goes as far as giving verbal activation confirmation, then stops responding. Can't even kill it properly via task manager, but reconnecting internet causes it to self-terminate.
After additional poking, I've found the trainer is working for me, of a sort. It's just unrepsonsive the vast majority of the time, with me having to mash the hotkey for my chosen option until I get that split second window of responsiveness that comes up every 10-15 seconds or so. Aside from that, once something is enabled, it works fine. Never seen anything behave this way, so unsure just what's going on. Been using trainers from here for years without issue.
