yeah how to install the save file for this i am lost at where you extracted it from

Documents\KoeiTecmo\BERSERK and the Band of the Hawk\SAVEDATA
put it there.

Go to the trainer download page (Link), the savegame is right beneath the trainer section, click on the Download button.

Good for health, bad for education.
