    So the features I think would be key to a trainer:

    Infinite Health
    Infinite Fervor/Mana/Etc
    Infinite Food (hunger meter)
    Infinite Liquid (thirst meter)
    Infinite Blood (blood meter)
    XP
    Gold

    There also seems to be item wear, so something to stop that would be nice too.
