I feel Really sorry for the CHU staff.

Well I have noticed how as time as gone by how much more the Developers and Microsoft have become sophisticated in making their games and Microsoft not giving a DAMN about the recipients of their end product i.e. the Developers whether by accident or other means along with Microsoft is giving customers a real hard time (Money Orientated) and CHU and their staff working HARDER than ever trying to keep up with this rapid fast pace of Gaming and Microsoft throwing out updates to correct their rash work in the first place same goe's for Developers who rush out their games for the Quick money, then have to Patch the product.
And yes all the end users that have to put up with all the adjustments and inconvenience that we all have to put up with so the only people I am aware of who are at the sharp end is CHU, sometimes I wonder how they put up with all the ISSUES that they have to resolve, their dedication to Serve all the members who want Trainers yesterday working like people in a sweat shop (Figure of Speech) so I would like to say THANK YOU to all the top brass and all the staff for their neverending work.
