AFAIK you can't play this game "offline?"

Adding XP did boost my level by x amount but it didn't add wheelspins. Easiest thing to do is just increase your xp till just like 10 below the threshold for normally leveling up, do a quick drift and you should get a wheelspin for that level.

Start the game, login or whatever, then unplug your internet = offline

xp works great if used right. do a race. end of race, it will tell you how many xp till next level. Use this info to add enough XP before you level then do something to gain XP. this will level you correctly (per programmed script) and earn your reward.

does not work great in the cab and on the loading screen and in offline mode ..
