Update: Should have done this first or why did I never thought about doing a search on Microsoft Support page.

Turns out found a way to get the trainer to work with Windows 10. Seems they added a feature and did not tell anyone about it. If you have a Microsoft Brand keyboard and it has a key called FLock (depending on your keyboard, my is located between F12 and PrtScn). Turning on FLock allowed the trainer to work.

All trainer options work... 😀

Game updated tonight (Steam) - new version of .exe is 1.19.801.0.
Have submitted request for trainer to be updated as some options no longer work 🙁

Seems the keyboard not working issue has popped up again. Pressing F1 indeed gets me the "trainer activated" message, but NONE of the numberpad buttons work, even with several taps. And yes, NumLock is on haha!

DeX MD has just had a steam update, not sure if this does anything or not??

I wonder why Steam has made no mention of the update. Last one I see is still 1.17. Trainer was fine up until when I finished the game 3-4 weeks ago but looks like there's been 10 reports made for an update now.

the option 8 doesn't seem top be working the energy still goes down. until now is the only option I have encounter that does not seem to be working

Just an update to my post above: I just installed the latest nVidia drivers and the problem seems to have gone away. It worked yesterday as expected. So perhaps it was graphics issues creating glitches on the system.
