I have tried multiple versions of this trainer and still have the same issue , which is also the exact same issue I had with the titanfall 2 trainer and was never able to use it.... and that is, that the trainer tries to start, but it says there is in no internet connection, and then it says that the cheathappens website is down (which it isn't) and that I need an offline key to use the trainer!!
This exact same thing happened with the TF 2 trainer I mentioned above. I have disable all firewall, antivirus...etc and the internet is working perfectly fine. I paid for the lifetime and so far, not happy at all as only ONE out of three trainers have worked.
Can you please advise as what to do next? Thanks

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but the latest trainer doesn't even open after downloading. Does someone as the same issue ?
Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Please note that some security products may still block access to trainer injection even when disabled and must be completely uninstalled. If this is the case, please contact the product vendor for instruction on the proper way to prevent the trainers from being blocked by their software or find a better alternative.

Extract trainer and make sure trainer/launcher/editor is in a folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed or set anything trainer related (paths and EXE's) to ALLOW. Disable any Live/Active/Real-Time tools which may trigger false positives in security software that may terminate the game/trainer when it's activated or options used.
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens
may need to be added to exclusions as well. Click and select "Run as Administrator", read the instructions and try again.
I already made a trainer update request regarding this, but the option for suit tokens (NP9) is no longer working. It says "activated", but it's not actually giving me any suit tokens anymore. Every other option I have tried has worked, but for some reason, NP9's option has ceased to function. I am unaware of any game update.

There was a game update on April 11th for the Steam version of DOOM. Only thing that the patch notes says is "Minor technical update today to preserve backend stability.".
