As topic name says i got penalized for 5000 points, i requested trainer for UnReal World, gifted my 450 points and then got message that i got penalized. I didn't do anything wrong?

We waiting on your gift but never received it. As it clearly states, this results in a penalty as it wastes our time waiting around on gifts that are never received. Now, if you failed to read this information, that is not our fault.

Yep, saw it now,i thought it was agreem privacy & other sh*t XDDD Well i hope you could lift the penalty, it wasn't intentional at all, as we are all humans here have some humanity please.
