Hello, I tried using one of the trainers and it suddently said "User is banned" I wasn't able to load the trainer at all, I reformated today if that matters.

Never had any issues before, Hope for some answers

Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Plug your PC directly into the internet, bypassing all network routers and firewalls. If you have been using VPN software such as Spotflux, a complete windows reinstall might be necessary as some of these products mess up Windows firewall registry settings which cause the trainers to be blocked.

Well it was a complete reinstall of windows 7. I did disable firewall and I did not install anti virus so im guessing theres none. I also did not install a vpn I had one before I downgraded to windows 7 from windows 10. Never had any issues before so its wierd :/

I've experienced this issue once the trainer couldn't communicate with our servers (due to a firewall for example). It may have been a temporarily problem or did it happened again for you?

I will turn on the pc now and redownload the trainer for euro truck simulator 2 will post in some minutes

I will even let one of the admins here get on my teamviewer if that will solve my problem cause I really want to use the trainers.

first of all im gonna try upgrading to windows 10 once again.. atleast it worked when i had win 10.

Ok, so I reinstalled windows 7 instead of windows 10, this time it works wierd haha.

Only error or what ever I get now, is when i open the trainer it askes me to download the newest trainer for euro truck simulator 2, and i go do that, but it still ask me to download newest update. I just ignored that, and the trainer did infact work.

Can anyone explain why it askes me to do that then?

The updated version information is missing on the website. I've informed PWizard. It's currently a bug, thanks for letting us know.
