Is it because people arent reading the instruction or some other 'reasons' this trainer is retired?

The game devs made it nearly impossible to deal with, huge amount of updates, always changing stuff etc, it just made it not worth their time and i find it understandable sinche they would have to abandon other work and work alot more to keep the trainer updated hope that answered it for you ^^
