I must say, I've had nothing but problems with Smartscreen, so eventually ended up just turning it off.

Just as an FYI, Windows 10's Edge does not allow you to report as Safe, only as Unsafe.
You will need to Open With Internet Explorer to be able to do this.

Also done, and off course although it may scare those of a nervous disposition, the right click that brings up the option to report also gives the option to continue the download (The Unsafe file as smartscreen would have it) Just for those who hadn't noticed and wanted to continue to keep posting about how they cant get their trainers to download...
