Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hey Guys.

I was just wondering if you could help me. I've download a trainer for CnC ultimate collection. When I try to start the trainer, it loads but then nothing happens. So I go to compatibility mode and use windows xp. The trainer itself starts up but then it says "This user is banned".
Can anyone help me with this?

Generally since you don't seem banned it's because your Anti-virus or firewall is blocking the trainer when it tries to connect to CH to authenticate.

Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Plug your PC directly into the internet, bypassing all network routers and firewalls. If you have been using VPN software such as Spotflux, a complete windows reinstall might be necessary as some of these products mess up Windows firewall registry settings which cause the trainers to be blocked.
