Having this problem as well. Tried the above suggestions including getting an offline key and put it in the same folder as the trainer to no avail.

And did you follow all the steps Cypher provided on the previous page?

Did everything step by step and still says invalid user ill just use the old one that one still works.

Try cleaning out the cache/site data and cookies in your browsers. Also check to see if your security software to see if it is integrated with browser security and clean that out as well or disable it.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I think I'm just gonna use the previous version since that one indeed works for what I use it for. I'm thinking that if a previous version work, and all the other trainers I've downloaded still work, it might not be something on my end.

Security software changes daily, what was allowed before may not be allow now. Once you figure out what is blocking the new trainer from authenticating, you should be golden.

I tried installing update version 07.19.2018 and it kept telling me invalid user reguardless of what I tried. Including deletion and fresh install. Alternately NONE of my other trainers complained about my user validety either and worked properly. Eventually I tried reinstalling version 12.28.2017 it promptly started working properly without complaining about invalid user. So obviously the proplem is with the new trainer... not on my end.
However I also can't get rid of that stupid notice constantly telling me to update to defective version. It comes back with a few minutes every time I get rid of it. Please look into a version ID# blacklist to avoid this issue in the trainer manager in the near future. Thanks for your time and no need to reply as I generally avoid message boards and old version still works just fine. I'm just leaving this so that others might not have to run into this annoying issue. Again thanks for your time.
