Awesome trainer, thanks guys.

For those that might be confused about city building... I was a little too then I realized godmode is actually the key for that and also for unlimited crafting.

What worked for me:
Make sure city building is off, godmode is off and you're not in the city building (V) menu.

Turn on god mode
Turn on city building (page down)
Turn on the city building menu.

You should have the option to build 999 of everything.

The same process works for crafting of any kind.

If I'm late to the party and that's already been thoroughly explained.. over and over... and over...

99 Perks Doesn't work.

It's also the on legit way of uping your Special, you can do it with Player.modav Attribute but the game ignores any extra.

Has to be done in the perk sheet.

For anyone that is interested, when leaving the developer room the command you type in is universal. whatever follows "coe" can be changed like coordinates on a graph for fast travel. For instance, the command "coe -20 21" teleports you to sanctuary. This is very accurate too, I was able to figure out the coordinates to teleport right next to my workbench!

Why I don't get my trainer working for the ADD SPECIAL STAT?

When I press F10, it just open up the console and type the command.

Is it possible you could set the added perks to 10 instead of 99?

99 is just annoying because you can hardly use that many and so it will continue to prompt you to use the points.

You can customize the amount it gives by clicking on it in trainer.

On another note are the trainer options finalized? If not is it possible to get a lower level option added. Currently the player.setlevel cheat will not allow you to reduce your level an no other trainer has this and no mod has done this either.

*UPDATE* Disregard first part, the problem was my anti-malware software. Once I disabled it the trainer started right up. Any idea why its only targeting this specific trainer? Other trainers from here are not being effected at all and start right up?

Regarding the perk points, it's not the case with this option. Always sets to 99
