Same problem as above, unliimited base building turned on, go onto the workshop and it's 0/5 etc on every option.

I haven't tried crafting but no matter how many times i restart, base building doesn't work.

Do you have it working on a fresh character that only just arrived at the base? Or does it work on characters further in?
