Why when i use the options for example, "Super Weight Carry" or "Super AP" It opens the in game console. As far as i could remember this disables achievements which defeats the purpose of using this trainer?

I was using "super health", "super AP", and "super carry weight" and I was still earning achievements.

Yes.. I think 99 is too much and ruined whole game..
There are 229 perks (including levels) available in the game. Counting the SPECIAL points, there are roughly 275 points available to be spent in the game.
Assuming you are going to be playing the game for a really long time, yes it is possible for you to get every single perk and level every SPECIAL to 10.
If you don't plan on spending that much time with the game, then 99 points is a pretty good amount of points to have.
Think creatively. Only spend a few points now and then hold on to the rest to spend later when you really need something. Maybe wait till you level and you can spend 2 points instead of 1.
Your other option is to just use the ADD XP cheat repeatedly and level yourself up high enough to get the 1 perk point per level you need to but the perks you want.
Do I wish the trainer values were customizable? Sure.
Is it going to stop me from using it since they aren't? Nope.

the 99 points remains constant, even if you use them it remains at 99 when you use one, unless you toggle the option back off.
