I run as administrator everything works except to build buildings

From the README.txt/ instructions of the trainer:

'As stated in many places, the GOD MODE option will allow easy crafting for settlements and buildings!'

Did you try this?

Adding to Taurusplopp's post, the unlimited city build option only takes effect after exiting the settlement crafting menu and re-entering it.

so if you are in settlement crafting mode when you toggle the trainer option, just exit out it then re-open it and you should see your settlement size bar reset

My Fallout 4 is up to 1.9.4.0.1

To build in unlimited it does not work.

If something is not working, provide a savegame with instructions on how to recreate the issue.

Hello everyone.

I can't seem to get the trainer to work with my layout, and I've tried changing to US layout (two actually, US INTL and just US).

Because of this, when the trainer is typing commands into the console, it types a dash instead of a dot, and I can't seem to fix this. Any advice?

Just wanna know; The heck is the point of having a trainer, when you have console commands to do pretty much all these things already?

Plus there is mods that ALSO do all this... i don't get it...

Seeing as how our trainer has been downloaded by over 50,000 premium subscribers, I would say there was indeed a point. Luckily we're the ones that decide how to best spend our time and satisfy our members and not you.
