That was beautifully executed! I wonder how many of those "defenders" turn into "complainers" when those daily patches continue to break/cripple the gameplay, destroy an aspect you enjoyed, etc...

Pride of work matters and the shortcut of release and patch does not demonstrate that; regardless of patch intent. I remember when it was embarrassing for a dev to have to patch the game often. Steam has made it far too easy to take an agile approach to game development while using the public as QA.

This trainer has worked perfectly for a couple weeks now (like, even yesterday), but today I try to start it and Windows (8.1) puts a big blue stripe on the screen and says this application does not work with this version of Windows. What the..? It worked before. I have no idea what happened. Can anyone give me a clue?

UPDATE: Quite possibly my virus software updated and once again wanted to exclude the trainer. However, this new Windows message is something I have never seen before. I had to exclude it again from scanning to make it work. I don't know why the exclusion thing didn't get saved but it seems like that is what happened but I can't really prove it.

I played using Cal's trainer and managed to complete the main scenario of defeating the Viriax fleet. Ships of the Guild are not obtainable until your rank increses which sucks and so far only Mk6 weapons are all I can get.pretty much everytime I undock from a spaceport I charge up the hull shields and boost by pressing 2.3.and 4 because the times I didn't they exhausted but press 4 and working unlimited again.trivial my manticore has 5 mining lasers and they do overheat.smallprice

Im pretty sure that is Windows UAC popping up, just to make sure you wanted to execute the questionable .exe, I get it everytime I run a new trainer, but if your anti-virus got to the trainer first, it will sometimes auto-delete the file, or "fix it" which messes with the trainers function, try re-downloading it after you set up the exceptions. As for your anti-virus exceptions, just keep all your trainers in the same main folder and add the entire folder to the exclusion list.
