I can only get options 9 and 10 working. For everything else I get the Code01 and Code03 errors, and I'm not finding any way past that. I've tried restarting both the game and the trainer several times.
I'll keep trying, but so far the tips in the readme file haven't been working. :-/
Edit 1: Ah, yes! I'm on Windows 10 64-bit, and playing on Steam.
Edit 2: I guess the current game version is 3.0.7, so there might just be a mismatch there. :-/

Str out of the read me file.
Option 01: This option will give you infinite health while in combat Mode.
Current trainer still works fine with the new game update.

I've mostly been trying to get 8 to work, but it just gives me "Code03 not found". I've tried it after entering and exiting the karma screen, in the karma screen, with and without the menu up, after having spent some karma on something, after opening and closing the karma screen several times.
I think during combat is probably the only time I haven't tried it.
