Trainer will not open, I try to run it as admin and nothing happens. Tested other trainers and they open no problem. This one, however does not.

I do get the first "Cheat Happens Customized for" splash screen then nothing.

This trainer has been dead for quite some time now, with the options not working at all. I wish it did still work, but alas from all my meddling with it nothing has yielded positive results.

Trainer is retired, which you can see at the trainers page.

Just an FYI: Minecraft for Windows 10 has an option request still up in the option's request section - you guys should probably take that down and refund the RC people spent on it.

Also there are some other "things" out there, that allow you to stay in survival mode, and get achievements (if that's what you are looking to do), while if you know what your doing or look up some youtube vids, you can achieve some similar effects that a trainer would give you. I won't post any links or mention the "things" by name, to help avoid banning, since I don't know if posting either of those would result in getting banned or not.
