downgraded account? on Feedback, Complaints or Problems Message Board - Page 1

hope someone can help...

been a free member since 2007 then i upgraded to a paid subscription and then in oct 2013 upgraded again to a lifetime account now when i try to log in it says i'm a free member again...?
i haven't used my account in several months so i'm wondering what is going on?

Do you have any other emails you used for accounts here?

i don't think so but something is odd....
my screen name used to be irishsteel1969 and also when i just sent a password recovery request i noticed that the password sent back to me was missing the last 4 digits
never had a problem with this site before downloaded several trainers before
